While I have the privilege of working with clients around the world, I am originally from Nova Scotia, Canada and have resided in Alberta, Canada for exactly 20 years. 10 of those years working in various HR roles in the Oil & Gas sector for one of the top 5 multinational corporations in the world.

When I started my practice over 7 years ago, I could not have imagined being recognized in this way. Building an online business after years of working in the corporate world was not easy but so worth it. Being able to help women who are struggling through career transitions — whether it’s getting a new job, building new skills, or getting that well deserved promotion— has helped me to develop as well.

My mission is to continue to expose the invisible rules and help women achieve their most authentic career using their innate strengths. And even more importantly, I am aim to build a community of mindful disruptors to pave the way for future generations of leaders.
